Shi Lilong,who came from Tsingtao of China,is both owner and chef of the restaurant.Before coming to Canada,he has studied in Chinese well-known cook technical shool,and leamed theory knowledge of cook systematically,summed up experiences in practice earnestly,knew fully about eight dishes of China ,especially cooking of Shandong dishes.

In addition,he knows well about carving art and combines it with cooking.thus he always makes aristic and delicious dishes to cater to taste of customers .Moreover,he was a famous cook when he was still in mainland of china

he has participated in many cooking competitions and won awards.and he had worked in a five-star hgtel,received a lot of national leaders.

从中国青岛漂洋过海来的师立龙先生，既是餐馆的东主，也是餐馆的主厨。来加拿大之前，他曾经在中国知名的厨师技术学校进修学习，系统学习过厨师的理论知识，并认真在实践中总结经验，对中国八大菜式都能有所了解，尤其是擅长鲁菜的烹饪。 在加上他同时精通雕刻和拼盘艺术，把雕刻手艺与做菜相结合，往往能打造出既美观又好吃的菜式，非常迎合顾客的口味。

另外，他在中国大陆时就是一位很知名的厨师，曾经参加过很多厨艺比赛，都拿过奖项，也曾在五星级宾馆工作过，接待过许多国家的领导人。
